User Instructions

Navigating the Articles

The material presented here is organized in two different formats to create a logical flow of information. One format involves the chronological sequence of a typical case. It is also possible to find information organized by profession.

The frame to the left contains a collapsible and expandable outline. There are two ways to find articles using this outline.

1) Click on the in the frame to the left. This will bring a drop-down list of subtopics. The graphic will change to . Next, choose the subtopic you would like to read about. Click on the beside the subtopic. Another drop-down list will appear. Click on the title of the article you would like to read. To collapse any of these drop-down lists, simply click on the graphic.

2) If your browser does not support this outline, or if you do not wish to use it, click on one of the two header titles: "Professional Discipline" or "Chronological Order". This will load a page containing the table of contents of the articles in this topic. Simply click on one of the titles to read the article.

Click on the other links in the left frame to access the glossary, read a list of additional helpful web sites, fill out a feedback form, or email the webmaster of this site. If your browser does not support this frame, the links are also available at the bottom of every page.

Using the Glossary

There is a glossary on this web site. Terms that can be found in the glossary are underlined in the articles. Simply click on the underlined term to read the definition.
